How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the platform used and are clearly indicated on each platform at the time of booking. Generally, the following policies apply: – 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund. – 15 days before arrival: 50% refund. – Less than 15 days before arrival: Non-refundable. Is a security deposit required?

Each apartment is unique, but all include: Exclusive access to the property / Professional cleaning service / Customer service available 7 days a week / Bed linen and towels.
